WHY SHOULD AFRICAN BASED CLIENTS BE LOOKING TO INVEST IN INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MARKETS IN 2016?
Despite a rough start to the year for global markets, and an unstable economic outlook for 2016, the property investment market remains stable. Property, especially during uncertain times, is far less volatile than other asset classes, which is what makes international property investment very compelling for a lot of IP GLOBAL clients.
The current economic climate, with all major stock markets down, and China experiencing its worst economic performance in 25 years, sets the tone for further instability this year.
Many of IP GLOBAL clients are investing in core safe haven markets like the UK, US, Australia, and Germany in order to diversify their investment portfolios and get exposure to more stable markets denominated in less volatile currencies.
